1 heaping tsp organic maca powder
1 heaping tsp organic cacao powder
1 mug full of cashew, almond or coconut milk
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Pour milk in a pot. Heat on med-low for 5-10 minutes or until warm. (do not overheat or boil as this will deplete the benefits of the maca powder)
Whisk in maca powder and cacao powder until dissolved. Heat through.
Pour into mug with a dash of cinnamon and ENJOY!

Using an Immersion Blender to mix everything together in the pot works really well and will give you that creamy foam on the top. If you don't have an Immersion Blender, be sure to whisk well to break up any clumps of maca powder.
