You can use flax or chia eggs in place of chicken eggs.  1 egg= 1tbsp chia or ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp water.  Mix & let sit for 15 min until a slur forms.

Ingredients: 
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed*
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 4 eggs (use chia or flax eggs as a substitute)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour (no substitutions, this recipe is for coconut flour only)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
Optional: 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, walnuts or pecans
