10-ounce package silken tofu
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 teaspoons tamari
Whisk together the tofu and olive oil until a mayonnaise consistency is reached.
Add the herbs, vinegar, salt and soy sauce.
Mix well and refrigerate.
