  • 1 cup coconut sugar or cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups gluten free oat flour or quinoa flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 2 cups chopped apples
