2 pomegranates (seeds only)
1 10 oz bag of high quality organic dark chocolate
Melt chocolate on stove.
Mix in pomegranate seeds until fully covered in chocolate.
Spoon out in droppings onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
An easy way to get pomegranate seeds out of the shell is to cut them in half around the middle of the fruit. Take each half and flex it open a little to help loosen the seeds. Hold the half over a deep bowl and hit the outter shell with the back of a wooden spoon. The seeds with pop out into the bowl. Watch for any splatter, use a deep bowl to help with that.
