Natural DIY Yoga Mat Cleaner

Yoga is something I practice to help with relaxation, to strengthen my body and mind, and to indulge in some "me" time!  Taking care of myself this way is a great step in my personal wellness.  Taking care of the tools that assist us in our wellness goals, like a yoga mat and blocks, should also be incorporated in our routines.  Naturally cleaning your yoga mat ensures a better practice free of potential bacteria and other unfriendly germs that we don't want to lay our faces on during Child's Pose.  Am I right?

It makes me feel good to know that I can make a healthy environment for myself and my family using a few things you can keep around the house: natural essential oils and vinegar!  Plus, it took me no longer than 2 minutes to measure everything and put it together. Easy-Peasy.

Tea Tree Oil: Antibacterial & Anitfungal

Lavender Oil: Antibacterial, Antiviral, Antimicrobial, Deodorizing & Relaxing!

Eucalyptus Oil: Antibacterial, Antifungal, Antimicrobial & Rejuvenating!

Distilled White Vinegar: A Natural, Non-Toxic Cleaner

*Tip: becuase the spracy bottle I used, had a small opening, I poured the ingredients into a glass liquid measuring cup to make it easer to pour into the bottle.  Or you could use a funnel.
