Yoga is something I practice to help with relaxation, to strengthen my body and mind, and to indulge in some "me" time! Taking care of myself this way is a great step in my personal wellness. Taking care of the tools that assist us in our wellness goals, like a yoga mat and blocks, should also be incorporated in our routines. Naturally cleaning your yoga mat ensures a better practice free of potential bacteria and other unfriendly germs that we don't want to lay our faces on during Child's Pose. Am I right?
