5 ways to Enjoy the benefits of MINT

-Jazz up your water by adding mint leaves & cucumber for a refreshing treat.

-Add mint in the mix when making any chocolate desserts.  My favoirte is dipping mint leaves in melted dark chocolate (or you can buy a bar of Dark Chocolate with Mint when your at the grocery store and skip the work!)

-Brighten a salad by throwing in sliced fresh peppermint leaves!


-Give your veggies a twist by adding chopped mint during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
