The skin is our largest organ and absorbs 60% of what you put on it. Something for you to consider: How many beauty products are you using through the week? That is not what I’m looking for when trying to help my skin be its best. I know that what I put in my body matters and will contriubte to either reversing aging or promoting aging. When you eat well, your skin, hair and nails will show it!
